As professional musicians we know how important your instrument is to you.  Whether you are a seasoned professional or a beginning student we will always treat you with respect and listen to your input before we suggest any repair.  When you call our shop you will speak directly to the technician that will be working on your instrument, not a salesperson or secretary.  We are also happy to provide you with our cell phone numbers where you can reach us virtually anytime via phone or text message should you have a question or need an emergency repair.  Since we do not focus on retail sales we can spend the time that it takes to make you feel comfortable with the work that we will perform on your instrument.

As veteran school band directors we also know that every day we have one of your instruments in our shop is a day that your student isn’t learning.  We average a turnaround time of 2-3 days, not the 2-4 weeks of our competitors.  Some repairs can even be picked up in the afternoon and returned the next morning.  And, of course, we are available for all of your summer repair needs.
